FCC Approval

Any update if Joule has received FCC approval? It says on the disclaimer below Joule pre-order can't be shipped until it receives FCC approval.

According to the site it hasn't yet received approval. They've poured so much time, money and development into Joule that FCC approval should be a slam-dunk. It's a slow (government) process. The good news should be coming any day now...

Quite honestly, the whole Joule thing is starting to feel like a scam, they would have known long before they notified pre-orders they were short of FCC approval, yes it's a slow agency, it's not this slow.

You clearly don't know much about government agencies. While they have released the time frame as to when Joules are going to be shipping, it was, at the time of your posting, quite easy to request a refund. Several people already had at the time of your posting.
