I like the T-Fals, but I only get a year out of them. Given the price point, I just replace.

That's my experience as well. My 12" T-Fal is nearing the end of its usable life, but I'm going to see if I can get by using only carbon steel and cast iron for my non-stick needs. They last forever, get pretty slick, you can use metal utensils, and you don't have to worry about eating flakes of Teflon.
