I have a Paragon Induction Cooktop that I've been using to sous vide, and the results have been pretty damn good. I've never used an immersion circulator or anything before, so I have nothing to compare it to, but the Paragon never strays more than 3 degrees F from the specified temperature, gets to the proper temp quickly, and the temperature probe has decent battery life.
Convince me to get an immersion circulator when I already have the Paragon instead of spending that money on other cool stuff. I don't care about visual doneness.
I'm in sales, and this is basically any salesperson's wet dream. I clearly want to buy it but I need a good excuse. Help me out!!
EDIT: okay guys, it's happening. Preordering now.
