The stainless steel tent, as the architect have been calling it, is now operational.

With both 8'x4' hoods on full and no make up air, they move some air.

Not better way to test, than smoking brisket inside.

The roof isn't too cluttered ...

... and there is a reason they are called Centrifugal Upblast Exhaust Fans.

So when my adoption is finalized do I get my own room or am I still on the floor with Rooi? Just say the word and I am on my way. If I could do it all over I would have pursued your line of work, or a food scientist. I am so jealous of your kitchen, first class! If I ever get to your area I would love a tour.

I've got a spare large dog crate inside or you could pitch a tent near the creek - just show the coyote you're boss and you should be fine.

That is what I wanted! Unfortunately, it would require a vent stack in the middle of the bedroom above the kitchen...

I only have a 1500CFM hood and it sucks the AC out in about 4 minutes ....but I live in an area thats probably 82 degrees 9 months out of the year. That set up is AWESOME! I am so excited for you that I'm going to have a bottle of wine to celebrate.....

Both hoods on max are over 5,000 cfm with MUA supplying just over 80%. Without the MUA on it sucks the wine out of the bottle.

But if you can't find a cork screw just turn off the MUA long enough for it to pull the cork.
