Well, I'm sure a lot of us are disappointed because of the delay shipping Joule. But, the complete information about the reasons is much appreciated. I love the idea of the ChefSteps home visit, even though I have the worst luck in the world with drawings. If anyone becomes irate because of the delay, they should remember that being on the cutting edge often means taking risk. In this case the risk is just a bit of time. We're all anxious, but I'm sure Joule will be well worth the wait.
