John, the last thing they want to do is to disappoint anyone twice. Manufacturing complications are just that - complicated, and tend to be open ended because you need to evaluate new possibilities, test new parts, make modifications and schedule/reschedule testing. Bottom line, there is no way for ChefSteps to give you a time frame, because (at this time) there are simply too many variables.

I know this isn’t the answer you want to hear, but realistically it’s all that can be said. This must be a very stressful time for Chris, Grant and all the good people at ChefSteps, and they could use everyones help by understanding their predicament and allowing them to focus on Joules development. As soon as they have good news I’m sure they will be sharing it here with the community. Joule is going to be amazing. It’s well worth the wait. Have you decided what you are going to cook first with Joule when you get it?
