after about a bottle of saki I decided on a snacklet......grabbed some flatbread dough out of the fridge, cooked it in the toaster oven smeared it with a combo of wasabi and kewpie seared up a tuner steak and grated ginger and garlic over it...
UGLY but, sooooo good
