My new adventure.

So I just became the Executive Chef of "Taste of the region" food trucks (like last week). And our soft opening is in 3 weeks. No menu yet (Im still working on it), the truck isnt ready, we have no support staff yet, all prep will be done on the truck (no commissary yet) and we launch in Wicker Park (Chicago) very soon.

I'm starting to feel like my life has just become a Food Network show.

Be careful what you ask for friends....you just might get it.

Thanks Brandon! Im in the burbs as well (NW IN). I appreciate the support. I have been in food service most of my life and have never been more excited and scared at the same time. One thing I can assure you, the food will be worth it. You come to my truck and say your from CS and your meal is on me.
