So I just became the Executive Chef of "Taste of the region" food trucks (like last week). And our soft opening is in 3 weeks. No menu yet (Im still working on it), the truck isnt ready, we have no support staff yet, all prep will be done on the truck (no commissary yet) and we launch in Wicker Park (Chicago) very soon.
I'm starting to feel like my life has just become a Food Network show.
Be careful what you ask for friends....you just might get it.
