Congrats! I just bought these two pups while I continue to searh for a liquid nitrogen generator at surplus (it's $12/liter to fill my dewar here!). I'm looking at selling premium ice ice sanwhiches from a bike on the weekends.. not quite ready to leave my job yet.

I haven't finalized a decision on the bike yet but will look to do so by next week. I will likely buy a frame and furnish with my own freezer - I am looking at the Whynter 5.1 cubic foot portable freezer and will see if I can run it off a 12v battery when I don't have access to an outlet sadly, I can't find a portable eutectic freezer that works with North American electrical standards other than prefabed as 1 solid, overpriced bike unit. I want a separate freezer so I can replace it with a hot food unit in the shoulder seasons (maybe soup) and I also want to be able to wrap it in wood.

In front of my eyes the day before yesterday, a grandfather's bicycle was stolen as he made a quick trip to the store to get some bread. The man brazenly walked up in broad daylight, got on his bike, and rode away. The poor grandfather came out of the store and saw that it was missing and almost cried. He had been given this bike by his son, who had recently died tragically. The sad story made me think about how to protect myself from such situations or at least get some monetary compensation. I have been looking for information for a long time and found Simple Bike Insurance company. After studying all the conditions, I concluded that if I buy a bike, be sure to use the insurance. Times have changed, unfortunately.
