On a sunny Seattle Friday in early May, we invited a dozen of our biggest supporters to meet Joule for the first time. These are some of the men and women who have been cheering us on since our launch in 2012, and they’re also some of Joule’s most avid fans.
We invited them to Seattle so we could meet them in person, thank them for their support, and tell Joule’s story. We wanted to take them on a journey through the various stages of development by showing them Joule prototypes and test concepts, letting them test out the app on various form factors and provide feedback, giving them a look at the packaging design, and more.
We know that you, our amazing preorderers, are eager to get your hands on Joule too, and we can’t wait to get it to you. In the meantime, we wanted to give you some of the highlights of our guests’ visit and let you know that this crew has asked us the hard questions you’re all wondering about too. Even better, they’re open to sharing their knowledge, telling you about what they saw during their time with Joule, and answering your questions here on our forum.
