I know everyone wants updates...so do I, however, other than saying "we are still waiting" there really is nothing to say. When you file with an agency like the FCC they acknowledge acceptance of your application and you don't hear from them again until it is rejected or approved....THERE IS NO SPECIFIC TIME LINE PROVIDED BY THE FCC. So while everyone is disappointed that they didn't know in advance that Joule delivery was moved out its not CS fault, they didn't know until the application (unit) was dissapproved. There are no updates from the FCC saying we have begun test (or at least there didn't use to be), things look fine or we may have a problem....just a final answer when they get to it.
As to the manufacturing issues, I believe they have been solved and corrections are being made as we speak (John, Todd, Max, Matt, Johan or anybody else please correct me if Im wrong).
I want to remind those of us that were at CS we now have an entirely different perspective on the product and what it entailed to get it this far, I was not expecting to see a complete separate office for Joule development and testing that looked like (and was staffed like) NASA Mission Control.
I have made some terse comments to a few forum members and for that I truly apologize....I promise to try and look at it from the perspective that the majority of the members have and share things I remember, as they come back to me, through the wine induced haze....I have been diagnosed with CRS disease and sometimes it takes a while to recall events...oh, CRS..Can't Remember Shit.
I hope this helps a little....
