Anyone have experience with this brand of dehydrator? It appears to be the same one that is used in the Jose Andres videos on youtube and is reasonably priced.

I like the look of the L'Equip, seems convenient to have a smaller 4 tray size, and then purchase more trays as needed. Any downside over the Excalibur series, or will I be fine with either option? I plan on buying this week (I don't believe in wishlists - I only have get it now lists!).
