Chamber Vacuum Sealer

Hi everyone! While waiting for the 220V Joule to hit the European market, I decided to upgrade my home vacuum sealer to a chamber model, so that I can seal liquids, marinades, etc.

Any recommendations for specific models that are worth looking at? I am not willing to shell out a ton of money for a professional model, though. So only looking at ones geared to the home cook, which are less expensive.

I'd highly recommend the Vacmaster VP215. It's ~$710 delivered in the US (not sure about cost or availability in Europe), and the best price by far I've seen for an oil pump machine. Several of us here have that machine, and I've heard no complaints. There are a couple other Vacmasters with dry pumps for a bit less. Polyscience has a machine that has a bit more to offer in terms of programability, but it's more expensive and a also dry pump.

I have the unit that @Brian_Douglas_35255 is recommending and am very happy with it and use it far more than I expected to.

I have the VP112 and have been happy with it. It's one step down from the 215 @Brian Douglas recommended. If I had the $$ I'd go for the 215.

I will add another vote for VP215. We debated and debated...working up from a suction sealer to a chamber unit...to the VP215. Very happy with the 215.

Hi, I'm in the market for a vacuüm chamber and I'm leaning towards the VP215 but I cannot find any with the EU plug! Does the 220/230V model exist and where can I buy it? Also is there someone who is using the US version in Europe? If so how does it work?
