I saw one typo, the true false about the garbage disposal..should be off not of. Let me know how I did please. Just a note....danger zone for sous vide is 40°-130°, so that one was a tricky question for me.

Ok I took it also...Food may be safely thawed using any of the following methods EXCEPT should read
on
the counter not "in the counter"
Nicely done...reminded me of some practices I know but haven't been using...i.e. pot handle sticking out beyond the stove

Good catch Rob, I missed that typo. The test was a good reminder of best practices.
