Third quarter of the year.
Can mean both July-September or April-June depending on if it regards the calendar year or the fiscal year.

Hi Ellen, It is 2017!! I still not receive any updates about the International version of Joule!!!

First time you said in the begin of 2016, 2nd times you said Q3 of 2016.... If your guys doesn't have any planning to make this one, just make it clearly. I have already waited for 1year, not funny!
