Petty 135mm or 150mm

I want to buy a petty knife, but I'm undecided as to which size will best suite me. I intend to use it for trimming large cuts of meat, prepping citrus, and prepping cruciferous vegetables for fleurettes, etc. What are the pros and cons to both sizes? Which one do you use/ prefer?

I went over to measure my son's petty knife - which I like when he lets me use it. I was hoping to help you make a decision... 140 mm.

Generally, if you're going to use it for butchery, I'd suggest the 150.

I use my petty as a utility knife, so I go on the smaller side. 80 mm.

For a chefs knife I would go with the 150mm. But as @Matthew_Snyder_68770 said I use my smaller utility knife the most.

Eventually I'm going to be acquiring decent knives, but for the time being, I'm sticking to my tramontina "proline" knives. certainly not the best, but they perform the tasks i need them to.
