.75 oz | Peaty Scotch | - peaty is a must (Lagavulin) is what i keep around.

A few sprits | Orange Essence | - Expressed Orange Peel works - I've moved over to a high proof sprit propilenglicol and gras essential oils so i dont have to keep half zested oranges around - if any one is extra i'll post that spec as well.
