Hey Coe . I did work with those knifes and tell u. The balance and weight of those weren't for me. I highly recommend you those here: http://www.zwillingonline.com/mibisg2.html

The weight and handling plus balance is for long day work amazing. In the end of the day it feels like u never worked with ur hands. The grip is fantastic, it s leight but not too leight. They are one of the sharpest in the world. Best wishes. Hubert
