I just cancelled my Joule pre-order. It breaks my heart because I was looking forward to using Joule, but I cannot justify keeping this pre-order without even an inkling of when it will ship. I was a Chef Steps super fan and shared their videos with friends and family. But I can't justify waiting forever for a product when I have no idea if it will be 6 months, a year, two years, or what.
Either they don't know when it will ship or they aren't being transparent with their pre-order customers -- and either situation is unacceptable for me. It's now been a month since they delayed with no news whatsoever.
When Joule comes out, if they price match for my pre-order price I may consider buying it again. But until then, I'll use my pre-order money to get an Anova now.
