For the price, I’d have to recommend spending a little more on a Polyscience SousVide Creative. ChefSteps has it for $499 ($450 if you use their 10% coupon).
That’s less than $100 more for an industry recognized device with full manufacture support. I personally think devices like these entering the market without a strong brand backing need to be under $250 to be successful.
