I have been a lurker on these forums for a few months now. I only learned of Chef Steps when I first heard about Joule (Nov 2015). I don't recall the source, but I just remember I was thoroughly impressed. I placed a pre-order right away.
As of late, there appears to be more disgruntled posts, and I understand where some of those are coming from. But there are some that makes me think the posters have a collection of tinfoil hats.
I believe CS is doing their best to manage the situation. Everyone sees the situation differently. In a parallel universe somewhere, CS is updating customers every day, and they have a small group that think they are incompetent. It's impossible to make EVERYONE happy.
Anyways, I am posting this to help shift the scale back to a more balanced state. I was brought here because I pre-ordered a Joule. I didn't think much of the Premium classes until I actually started (February I think) watching/reading the weekly recipe. Now I love just browsing random recipes and such on CS. Then I found the forums, and there even more stuff to peruse. Even though I haven't intereacted with anyone directly through here,I just know
