I have been holding off buying a kitchenaid Stand Mixer but with all the delicious looking recipes here, I'm slowly losing the battle. Can you tell me which model/size mixer you would recommend (I see the 4.5 to the 6.0 quart and there's the tilt head versus lift up, etc, etc). I don't do a lot of baking now but hope to -should I get the 6.0 or would the 4.5 be big enough and is 300 watt enough or just go with the professional model with lift up? One other concern I have is that my countertop is limited if that makes a difference and I do want to keep it out due to the heaviness of it. I could use the advice of the users here!
