Greatings,

I would like to know if there's any chance you guys can ship a Joule to Brazil.

We use 110V voltage here , so I guess is ok to use it here.

While it could handle the electricity, they first would need to get approval from the government entities in your area. One of the hold ups getting out released in the United States was getting the Federal Communications Commission to authorities its use in kitchens. Whatever governing body handles that in Brazil: ChefSteps would need to submit an application, wait for it to get approved, then deal with the paperwork and authorization for international trade. Unfortunately, nothing is as easy as just making sure that the device will work in a country when you're conducting business.

See @brian response. In addition to this you may also run into hefty import fees (having done a bit of business with Brazil, this is likely). The other way around it would be for CS to charge for the App and minimal for he hardware (I have heard of even medical companies doing this with software to go with their hardware), but I'm not certain if they want to juggle all that.
