Juicer Recommendations

Hello ChefSteps community! I'm looking for recommendations on a juicer. I want something that is all purpose and sturdy. I'm not opposed to spending money on a good piece of equipment (but lets not get crazy). I've read reviews and it would appear that one can do "this" but not "that" and another can do "that" bu not "this". I'm interested in your opinions, especially those in the ChefSteps lab!

The Waring that we use is by far the best I have used but it retails for around $2K.

The Chef is right on the money. We use one in our kitchen. Its tough, has multiple juicing options (juice, pastes/purees) and is very easy to clean. Only down side is the alignment of the box holding the screen is a little testy. Its not a pressing juicer but for the price, strength and simplicity its by far worth the purchase.

In addition to a cider/wine set-up, I've had a Champion Commercial (masticating), an Acme (centrifigal) and a Porkert manual wheatgrass juicer since back in the mid-80's.

The Champion is a good juicer, but I prefer the Acme for hard fruits and veggies because of better yield.

Thanks very much gentlemen!!! @Grant - yes, 2K is a bit out of range for my use. But I will definitely be looking into the Champion. I have no doubts it will be perfect! You guys haven't steered me wrong yet!!! Thanks again gents!

Has anyone used a Hurom Elite? I can't get a Champion where I live but the Hurom looks pretty awesome.
