Warped Knifes

I bought a few K.Sabatier carbon steel knives around a year ago, and i had noticed that my chefs knife warps to the left about 1/2 or 3/4 down the length of the blade and the edge on my utility knife isn't straight, but they never caused problems until it came time to sharpen them. These knives only underwent normal kitchen use. I did my best to capture the warp with a straight edge, the warp in the utility knife isn't large enough to really capture on camera. Are these repairable? Should I send them to the company, or buy new knifes?
