I wish Polyscience Sales Team would put effort in overseas europe Customer Service. Never ever will order something again. In the end Fusion Chef Makes better products. No polycarbonate ... They didn t want my 15.000 $ Order including Sonic prep , that was bizzar.

It's sort of like a star-studded 17 minute long commercial for Philip Preston and Polyscience, but I guess that's to be expected considering that they made it. The only thing I really learned from it was that Matthias Merges was the one who introduced the SV technique to Philip Preston (back when Chef Merges was at Charlie Trotter's). Merges wasn't on my radar, so I'm glad to learn of him.
