I have just finished cooking 8 beautiful short ribs in my SV Supreme. I just took them out, and the bag has somehow developed a hole in it so the vacuum is history. Are my ribs still edible? What a bummer!

Perfect...thanks so much! I immediately dried them, ice-bathed them and they're now in the fridge and I'll finish them on the grill later. So relieved!!!
