Hello,

I'm a professional cook and use my left hand to grab the knife. I have a hard time finding the right knife .

I heard about the knife, " KAI Shun Kaji KDM -0006 ", what is your opinion .

Knives are quite personal, and the best way is to find a place where you can handle them. Also, unless you are looking into a knife with a single bevel (which you would very consciously do), your dominant hand is not an issue in picking the knife. Good luck!
