This thread is gold. I keep going back and forth on whether or not to pull the trigger on the Instapot. I know it's a good unit, but I already have a pressure cooker, rice cooker, and sous vide setup (which isn't the same thing as a slow cooker, but is sort of in the same ballpark). It's hard to say no for that price though.
