Ok, so I've had the polyscience for a few years, anova for a couple and. am traveling over the next week with a pit stop home. When I first started sv it was questioned at home and when we finally turned the corner to my so using it as well adjusting the temp and them never knowing what temp to use. Well, I downloaded the joule app on their phone and let them play. "This is awsome" was the response out of the gate (keep in mind when I asked them to adjust things on my phone before "I don't want to learn something new it looks complicated".) This goes to th power o not only the device itself, but the app. Easy and sexy (no dream comments please)! Of course the fun part for me could be me changing the temp on her while I'm away. :-) no I wouldn't do that......really.
