The interchangeable clip system is a fantastic idea. I know that the plan is for there to be a smaller clip for attaching Joule to thin-walled vessels like pots and another for thicker containers like the traditional Cambro. Will any of the thicker stock clips be wide enough to handle a monster cooler like a Yeti, Engel, or Pelican? I just ordered a 70 quart Pelican with 2" thick insulation. Kinda makes me want to cook a piglet (cute and sentient though they are).
Anyway, I'm sure Joule would be stable enough to just sit in the cooler, but will it ship with a clip that's massive enough for the job? I heard that ya'll were cookin' in Yetis at the ChefSteps headquarters. Were they clipped on?
