I had gone grocery shopping yesterday and picked up a piece of salmon for the 104F dish....stopped for a glass of wine or three and had to throw the salmon out when I got home....it wasn't bad, just over cooked. It's a little warm in Florida this week....yes that says 106 F in the car..
