UPDATE: I just got the sieve, #80 it actually seems to be of decent construction and the mesh is extremely tight, IT IS NOT the quality of the Affordablesieves product, but it is better than than the $40 products......I just ran some mayo thru and pushed hard...seems fine....the question is will it rust. I left it slightly damp and we shall see.... I will buy more immediately...

Received my order. Six sieves and a bottom pan. They included a cover for free. I wouldn't have paid much for it.

They are all marked in US standard and metric. (Chinese too!)

The construction seems ok but I never tried the affordablesieves.

They are greasy and smell like a machine shop. Seems like a good buy but we'll see after using them a bit. @HammeredChef how was the cleaning test? I was planning to put everything in the dishwasher and dry them in the oven for the first time.
