There are many active forum members who want to help answer questions or at least help direct you to a place that is helpful. One of my big issues is not knowing ANYTHING about who I am attempting to help. One of the first things I do is click on the posters profile to find out their skill level and , very important, where they are from. If you are a beginning home cook from Texas you will get a VERY different answer than if you are a professional chef from Spain. If you are the latter I wont be of much assistance but, others on this site could be.
When we view pictures of your post and read the descriptions, again, would be great to see what area of the country/world you are from. I want to know for selfish reasons, I want to get those grandmother recipes from Spain, Italy, France, South America, all of Asia etc. I promise you many of the forum members here want that also....
So PLEASE, I ask everyone, even the core group (bunch of slackers), to update your profile at least with where you live....
