Hi - new to the post and absolutely intrigued w/ the Joule. Does the Joule have the ability to give me a temperature reading of the water via the app?

Watching the temp climb on your phone is the new hotness.

+1, Once you are paired with Joule you can get the water temperature anywhere you have a internet connection or bluetooth connection. If you have Joule in a water bath plugged in and turned off you can even start it and set the temperature. It's really, really cool!
