My wife I were part of a group that made a BBQ meal for the troops at Fairchild Airforce Base in Washington. We made pulled pork, pork ribs, baked beans and slaw. It was a two day event sponsored by the Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association. It was a real privilege to be a part of it. We severed over 1000 plates of food.
