Will Second Joule Ship with Earlier First Joule

I ordered my first Joule back in February and I was wondering if I ordered a second one if the second one would ship along with the first one. Will they ship together even though they weren't purchased at different times? Will I be able to use two Joules at one time, during a cooking process?

Also, I have not seen any of the emails that have been sent out at any of the announcement periods regarding Joule. I went to my account and did in fact verify that my email has not changed since I joined the site and that I have received emails in the past from the ChefSteps team. Do I need to make a query somewhere else regarding the communication problem?

Hi @Patrick_Decker_254172! I am happy to take care of answering all of your questions!

1. We will do our best to bundle shipments together, but if you ordered several devices at different times, your orders may ship separately.

2. We are working on that capability, but it is not yet available. We’ve built the Joule app from the ground up with this in mind. Users can look forward to an app update enabling control of as many circulators as they care to own. However, this feature will not be available at launch and you will need one device (smartphone or tablet) per Joule.
