Regarding Purchases made from August 1st to August 7th,

So I pre-purchased Joule on August 1st, and Previously had Premium on July 28th. When I purchased it, the page said it would be fulfilled on October. With the recent announcement, does that mean my Joule will now ship in September?

And on an off note, does the 149$ Price also include Chefsteps Premium? and if so, do Premium members get an additional discount?
