Am staying in a hotel for the next couple of weeks, so I called ahead and asked for a small fridge (no problem) and brought Joule and a few various size ziploc bags with me (including 2 gal knowing hotels sometimes don't have sinks that will actually hold water) with me. So, tonight I prepared some stuff for lunches and snacks/dinners. I had frozen some pesto and Mole and brought that and my balsamic dressing with me. Bought some salad greens and peppers and organic white burrito shells and broke out Joule and tonight I made some chicken breasts, a dozen eggs and an organic mix of red and white quinoa, millet and buckwheat (90C 20min-done. :-)..).
