I'm going to put this out there. If ChefSteps would ever like a brand ambassador/rep to demo the unit here in UT I would be game. I know several Chefs who would love a demo in house. All I ask is a sweet t shirt and a discount on a few units to sell once my people see how great this tool is. It would be an honor to be associated with the team and while I don't expect anyone to take this seriously, just know I'm a big fan. Keep up the good work fellas. (and @Ellen. Ellen in a rock star for putting up with us)

I mentioned to Ellen and Amy awhile ago as well. One of the issues is that Joule isn't warranted for professional use. But many of the chefs would love one for personal use.
