HELP: Joule Max Cooking Time?

I recently ordered a Joule (I've been wanting to for over a year and with the $150 price I couldn't pass it up). I am curious though - how long can one cook with the Joule in 1 sitting? For example the Modernist Cuisine has a 72 hour sous vide rib recipe - can the Joule be left on continuously for that time??

Easily. We've designed it for continuous operation and we regularly run it for over one hundred hours.

As @Chris Young said! As a beta tester, I've had it running well over the 72 consecutive hours with no issues.
