I just had a question dawn on me. In the videos that were posted last week by chefs
@Grant_Lee_Crilly_63791 and
@Chris_Young_80640, you mention that the Joule app will automatically make the temperature scale selection for you, depending on the number you put in. Is there a manual option to put in Fahrenheit or Celsius? I am going to use the cheese curds recipes as an example. You're heating these to 91°F-95°F/32.78°C-35°C. Now, if you're cooking vegetables, you're using temperatures around the same numeric value 190 °F / 88 °C, but on a different temperature scale. Depending on the preference of a consumer, one might want their vegetables a little less textured, and bump it up a few degrees Celsius. I would like to know if you enter in a numeric value in that questionable range will it give you the option of Fahrenheit or Celsius, or will it automatically make the (possibly wrong) choice for you you?
