Refunds for new lower price and shipping updates

Hey all. Just curious if anyone had seen the refund for the new lower price hit their credit card yet or if anyone had received any news on shipping - I remember them saying we'd get an update this month. I pre-ordered in January. Just eagerly awaiting my Joule!!!
