There is information that says you can set up your cook on the app and have the food ready by the time you get home from work. How does this work exactly? If you are cooking meat then how can you leave it out all day at room temperature without bacteria growing until the actual cook triggers at a specific time? Does the Joule cool the water to a safe temperature? Does it cook it immediately and just hold it at the finishing temperature all day? If so, does this break the meat down too much?
