I came across an ad for Crowd Cow (www.crowdcow.com), and couldn't resist in trying them out, and I now have my freezer fully stocked awaiting to be cooked as soon as my Joule arrives :-).
Does anyone have any experience with their product? Also - in their literature, they recommend not thawing out the meat before cooking. Would this also work for sous vide? If so, that would be highly convenient since each steak and burger is already vacuum sealed ready for sous vide.
