Many of us were charged last year knowing it wasn't shipping until this year. First batch goes out some time this month. Remaining in the following weeks as I understand it. Email Ellen at info@chefsteps.com for more info and see the link Frank posted. As a beta tester I can only give my opinion. I have 2 other units and use Joule more than both combines (and even take it when I travel ut is that convenient ). FWIW

Received mine today as well. It was dated August 29th, I guess my bank held on to it for a few extra days!
