There are many different variables or factors that may be delaying your refund slightly, and we're finding it is taking slightly over the original 5-10 business day estimate to reach some customer accounts. I'm so sorry about that!

Given this, please let us know if for any reason your refund does not appear within the next 7 business days. At that point, we will contact our payment processor for a reference number you can provide to your bank for more information.

My rebate posted this morning, 9/15/16. So, moving right along; next expected email, (after yesterdays address verification), will be a tracking number!!! YAY!!! (I was beginning to have visions of typing in the URL of ChefSteps only to be greeted one day by the dreaded 404 error code! Glad to see activity remains active!! [grin])

I haven't seen mine either! I've been emailing Nell and she says they've refunded me, but when I complained she said she'd look into it! Still waiting tho....
