Any idea as to when I'll be receiving my Joule? Actually ordered 2. One was for a Birthday gift, but at this point it's going to be a Christmas gift! For a moment I thought "Was I just snookered?" I hope you are legit!!!!!

Hi Kathy if you pre-ordered it should be shipped this month. If you got in on the special last month it is supposed to be shipped in October. They are for real, I have been a beta tester for the last three months. I think they will exceed your expectations. I expect we will be hearing about shipping very soon.
