Interesting, my order # is only 5 digits. Placed my order in March. Was thinking I can tell how many orders ahead of me from the order #

Yea not sure where they get the numbers from, mine listed on the website is only five numbers as well. It looks like they only list five of the digits which correlate to the longer number.

Hi john can you clam up alittle about being a beta tester, its great to know how else i am supposed to use joule from an actual user and other ways that i am able to better take care of my device through your own experiences of using it so please just "clam up"

P.S i'm pretty sure you don't work at chefsteps but your actions as member of the Joule Help Center are making sure that more people don't get confused as is.
