I just watched the video...cool idea. I usually just put cut side down on a small dish...or use plastic wrap. I wonder if this is any better. You can read Amazon reviews here.

I try to avoid saving little tidbits of ingredients in my refrigerator that I will probably never use. I've noticed some people have an obsessive compulsion to not use all of anything. I've had people help me in the kitchen, and they say, "how many of these mushrooms do you want me to cut up?" I say "all of them." And they still proceed to shove 3 into a used produce bag, and stash it in the back of the fridge to rot.

I do the same thing, just wondering if anyone here had any experience. Sometimes I find that reviews on Amazon are written by people who just don't understand how anything works. I always search the negative reviews first, sometimes they are just hilarious
